Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2.Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
3.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
4.Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to support project objectives and timelines.
5.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
6.Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
7.Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
8.Manage project contracts, including negotiating terms, reviewing contract documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
9.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
10.Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of meetings, correspondence, change orders, and other relevant information.
11.Identify and resolve issues that arise during the course of the project, leveraging technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with team members to find practical solutions.
Requirements
1.Must be available in the UAE
2.Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field; PMP certification
3.High rise building projects previously handled as main contractor
4.Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in the UAE is preferred
5.Proven experience as a project manager in construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
6.Working experience with an ERP system.
7.Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint.
