Contract Sales Engineer

Job responsibility
1.Actively promotes service contracts for company products.
2.Develop and execute a renewal strategy to maximize customer retention and revenue growth
3.Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration.
4.AMC order appending and documentation.
5.Meet sales targets defined
6.Respond to customer enquiries either by phone or email & provide quotations for the above.
7.Ensure high customer satisfaction
8.Manage the renewal pipeline and forecast renewal revenue.
9.Work with customers to understand their needs and develop renewal proposal
10.Always develop excellent relationship & delivery excellent services to end user, facility management companies.
11.Account management of specified accounts
12.All contracts’ renewals must be within the agreed company policies of payment terms, discount structure and delivery conditions.
13.Preparation of renewal orders in accordance with customer contracts and business practices
14.Meet set targets for revenue, retention rates
15.Support the Order intake team for maintaining sales register.

Required skills and experience:
1.Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
2.Has previous minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling ASC renewals.
3.Confident with working on MS Office package, such as Excel, Outlook
4.Preferred any degree holder.
5.Should be target oriented.
6.Outstanding communication, interpersonal & Negotiation ability
